How many Chat 2 Pay configurations can I have?

You can add multiple Sandbox and Production Chat 2 Pay configurations on your Chat 2 Pay account. You will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Go to My Workspace -> Chat 2 Pay

  2. Click "New Production Configuration" or "New Sandbox Configuration" to configure a Production or Sandbox environment.

Note: You can link multiple Chat 2 Pay configurations to your Chat Flow product, however, only one Chat 2 Pay configuration can be linked to your Chat Desk product.
