How do I enable Chat 2 Pay on Chat Desk?
First, you must activate and configure the Chat 2 Pay product on your Clickatell Portal. Once Chat 2 Pay is correctly configured (i.e., Chat 2 Pay product’s status is ‘Complete’), you can link Chat Desk as a product to Chat 2 Pay.


Once Chat Desk is enabled under the products section, your agents will be able to see the Chat 2 Pay extension in Chat Desk.
