What are the new IP addresses and when will they be in effect?

The below information is relevant for Developers Central accounts that connect to Clickatell APIs using IP addresses.

For minimal impact on and to minimize disruption and further changes in the future, we advise that you connect to Clickatell's system using DNS names. Should you not be able to do so, please make use of the new static IP addresses below. These addresses will come into effect immediately after the cutover to AWS is complete. This is scheduled for 22 April from 07:00 – 09:00 (GMT+2).

The new IP addresses to connect to are:

API DNS name (Preferable) Static IP addresses
HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP api.clickatell.com,,
Encryption API encryption-api.clickatell.com,
FTP ftpupload.clickatell.com
SMPP smpp.clickatell.com

After the AWS migration, DNS names will automatically resolve to the new IP addresses.

For incoming and outgoing callbacks, the new IP addresses are:

Callback type IP address
