What reports do I have access to?

All Chat 2 Pay clients have access to a usage report from Clickatell, and a transactional report from Cybersource.


To access the Clickatell Report:

1.      Log into your Clickatell Portal

2.      Navigate to the Analytics and Reports section

3.      Click Products

4.      Click Chat 2 Pay

To access the Cybersource transactional report:

Go to the "Reports" or "Analytics" section and select any of the options.
