17. Does Broadcast Messenger support SMS Templates?
Broadcast Messenger does support SMS templates.
The SMS features are:
Templates that can be saved and reused when sending out SMS campaigns.
Support for variables in the SMS message body that will be replaced by values from the imported recipient file.
Ability to select a two-way ('from') number per campaign for countries where two-way numbers are mandatory (e.g., USA) or where a specific two-way number is desired.
A useful health check to indicate that the department setup can deliver the SMS campaign correctly.
