Marketplace is a cloud-based digital distribution platform that you can use to distribute market-specific catalyst products that assist in driving traffic to your chat channels. The Marketplace product aggregates key digital products such as airtime, data, and bill payments with turn-key processes such as error management, settlement and reconciliation, and support. These processes account for merchant-specific nuances, removing the complexity of digital product distribution. ​These catalyst products can be distributed via Marketplace’s public APIs or using Clickatell’s Chat Templates powered by our Chat Flow product.​  

Once you are onboarded, you will get access to the Clickatell Portal where you can view reports and transaction details using the Transaction Lookup Tool. The Transaction Lookup Tool enables you to view the status and details of all your Marketplace transactions and request a refund on behalf of your customers based on the vendor's business rules.
