A payment gateway is a merchant service provided by an application service provider that authorizes credit card or direct payment processing for online businesses.
Chat 2 Pay is not a payment gateway. It works essentially as a pass-through between the application your customer is using and a payment gateway. Chat 2 Pay is a one-of-its-kind payment orchestration product that can integrate into any payment gateway. Chat 2 Pay currently utilizes multiple payment gateways to process payments.
