Clickatell accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discovery credit cards. We have very strict anti-fraud measures: credit card information is encrypted immediately, and we do not store any credit card details on our system. For recurring billing, credit card details are stored offsite in a CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) compliant facility. Wire Transfer
A wire transfer is an electronic transfer of money. In the case of a bank-to-bank transfer, no actual cash is exchanged, but the electronic balances in respective accounts are adjusted accordingly. There is usually a 3 to 5 working day waiting period for funds to clear before we can issue credits to your account.
You will be responsible for covering your own bank fees on any wire transfers. This should be taken into account and added to your total purchase amount. The bank charge will vary from bank to bank, but is generally around the 10 Euro mark. Clickatell cover all our own bank charges, except wire transfer amounts lower than €300, where an additional €7 transaction charge will be deducted from your purchase amount.
