Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee that messages will be delivered using your specified alphanumeric Sender ID as it may be changed by our carrier networks, with or without notice, resulting in a different Sender ID being used. This value-added feature is offered on a best-effort basis – delivering your messages is our first priority. Read more about how Sender IDs work here.
A good alternative to Sender ID is to use a short code, which will provide a numeric Sender ID that your customers can get to know and associate with your company or brand.
