I am using a short code to deliver messages. Do the 10DLC regulations apply to me?
10DLC regulations only apply to long numbers in the US. If you are currently using a US short code to deliver messages, these regulations will not apply to you. The US short codes programs will continue to be governed by the industry best practices and guidelines as per CTIA.
