The Campaign Registry assigns a “Trust Score” to every business upon 10DLC registration. The Trust Score is determined by specific criteria related to your company, and carriers use this score to determine your messaging throughput, either in message segments per second (MPS) or as a daily messaging limit.
If you are not satisfied with the Trust Score allocated to your brand, you can request an additional review. Clickatell will handle this request on your behalf (at a $40 pass-through fee with no additional costs), however, there is no guarantee that your Trust Score will improve after this additional review.
