Although we strongly recommend that you use the new portal for the best possible experience, you can choose to remain on the old portal if you prefer. However, note that new features, products and services will only be released to the new portal and that the old portal will be discontinued in the near future.

Yes. You will automatically be logged in to the new portal, but you can switch back to the old portal by clicking the 'Classic View' button in the header bar.

If you are an existing user, there will be no change in how you log into your portal. Simply click 'Login' from the Clickatell website and enter your existing credentials to access the new portal.

If you have the old portal bookmarked and use that to access your user portal, you will still be logged in to the old portal with the option to switch to the new one.

Yes. We have migrated all existing data to the new portal and you can use your existing credentials to access all your integrations, profiles and applications on the new user portal.

For WhatsApp users, only the One API integration accounts will be able to see their setups in the new portal. All legacy WhatsApp API users will have to switch back to the 'Classic view' of the portal to access their configurations. We are currently working on also migrating these integrations.
