Currently, Web Chat cannot be used via the new portal. To use Web Chat, you have to switch back to the 'Classic view' of the portal.
All legacy WhatsApp API users also have to switch back to the old portal to access their configurations. Only WhatsApp configurations using our One API will be available in the new portal.
