What are the fees associated with A2P 10DLC service registration?

As of 26 July 2021, Clickatell allows customers to register for the application-to-person (A2P) 10DLC service via our self-service Clickatell Portal. A new pricing and fee structure applicable specifically to the 10DLC service was implemented and includes:

  • Brand registration fees

  • Campaign activation fees

  • Subscription license fees

 

 

Brand Registration Fees

Customers will be charged a once-off brand registration fee of $5.

 

 

Campaign Activation Fees

A2P 10DLC allows brands to apply for different campaign types and use cases as applicable to the brand trust score. Clickatell will charge a one-time campaign activation fee of $1.

T-Mobile plans to charge a one-time campaign activation fee of $50; it is however waived until further notice.

 

 

Subscription License Fees

Customers will be charged a quarterly license fee of $33 for 10DLC numbers. This fee includes number rental and campaign subscription.
