Campaign Manager: How do I view incoming messages?

To view all received messages, navigate to 'Logs', and in the ‘Actions’ drop-down list, select ‘SMS Inbox’. You can read and respond to individual SMS messages from here.

You can also view the contents of all messages received, as well as perform actions like reading or sending an SMS to that number directly from the log record. You'll be able to export the log of all incoming messages to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the Export button at the top right of the logs.

It's important to note that in order to receive replies to your message, you need to purchase a two-way number. Have a look at our two-way messaging FAQs for more information.
