Only one agent can be logged in per agent seat at any given time. To add more agent seats, log in to your Clickatell account and navigate to ‘Touch –> Manage Agent’ users. Then click on ‘Upgrade’ in the top navigation bar. Choose the number of seats and whether you want to be billed monthly or annually, and then click ‘Add to cart’. You can check out and make a payment by clicking on the ‘cart’ icon and then ‘Go to cart’.
