Where can I see recent completed chats or a chat that ended unexpectedly?

On Chat Desk, in the panel on the left, there is a ‘Closed’ tab where you’ll be able to view all chats that you have ended or that have ended unexpectedly.
Agents will be able to view closed chats that have been assigned or transferred to them only, while supervisors will be able to see all chats that have been closed or that ended unexpectedly.
