Where can I see recent completed chats or a chat that ended unexpectedly?

On Chat Desk (Agent view and Supervisor view), there is a 'Closed' tab in the panel on the left where you can view all chats that were closed or have ended.

Agents will be able to view closed chats that have been assigned or transferred to them only, while supervisors will be able to see all chats that have been closed or that ended unexpectedly.
