I did not receive my WhatsApp test messages. What could be causing this?

Once you’ve configured an integration for testing in our sandbox environment, please ensure that your test phone numbers are linked to the integration before trying to send test messages. Each number also needs to be WhatsApp enabled in order to receive messages on the WhatsApp channel. If you submit a message to a phone number that is not registered for testing, the platform will return a simulated response.
