Web Chat is currently not available via the new portal, but is coming soon!
Inviting visitors on your website to chat allows you to engage and assist them in finding the information they are looking for. You can initiate a chat with these potential customers via Web Chat by customizing and enabling an automated Web Chat Greeting message in the ‘Auto Responders‘ tab under your Touch/Chat Desk Settings (navigate to Touch –> Settings –> Auto Responders). This auto-responder type is only available on Web Chat.
