Why has my integration moved to the sandbox?

You can only send two-way messages if you created a two-way integration and linked it with an active two-way number subscription. If the two-way integration is linked to only one two-way number and the numbers are suspended due to non-payment, we will automatically place the integration in Sandbox mode. As soon as you've renewed your two-way service, the number will become active again and you can publish the integration to production using the active two-way number.
