In France, marketing messages are only allowed from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 10 pm. Messages sent outside of these hours will be postponed until 8 am when they can be delivered. Promotional messages are not allowed on Sundays and public holidays and will not be delivered at all if submitted during such times.
