Does Chat 2 Pay support CyberSource’s Decision Manager? 

Yes. Decision Manager is supported, provided the merchant has activated this service with CyberSource.

The Chat 2 Pay widget will provide a payment processing status once the customer has submitted payment requests.

Depending on the rules configured by the merchant in Decision Manager, this result will either be:

  • Success

  • Pending

  • Declined

 

As shown in the example above, the status “Payment Received” will only be shown for “Success” results.

Pending transactions will have to be manually approved by the merchant using Decision Manager.
