Which channels are supported on Chat Desk (Touch)?

The following channels are currently available on Clickatell Chat Desk (previously Touch):

  1. WhatsApp – engage in two-way conversations with your customers or initiate a chat via an approved HSM template.
  2. One-way SMS – send notifications to or initiate a chat with your customers.
  3. Web Chat – Clickatell’s Web Chat widget allows you to chat with your website visitors in real-time to offer immediate assistance and advice (currently only available via the old portal).
