Which channels are supported on Touch?

The following channels are currently available on Clickatell Touch:

  • Facebook Messenger - This will be activated as part of your Facebook configuration. Messenger will be displayed as a separate channel on your integrations page and can be activated or deactivated separately. This will allow you to chat with potential or existing customers directly via Facebook Messenger.
  • Twitter mentions - Touch allows you to respond to a Twitter mention as it happens.
  • Twitter direct messages - Direct messages will be activated as part of your Twitter configuration. This will be displayed as a separate channel on your integrations page and can be activated or de-activated separately. This will allow you to chat with potential or existing customers via direct messages on Twitter.
  • Web chat - The Touch web widget allows you to chat with your website visitors in real time to offer immediate assistance and advice.
