Once on your Clickatell account dashboard, you can click on the Get started button and follow the easy Touch setup wizard. You can change your details, logo or colors later in Touch Preferences.
The next step is to configure the web chat channel by following the easy web chat setup wizard that will require you or your developer to copy and paste some code into your website HTML file. See technical overview here.
