Add Touch Web Chat to your website by following these easy steps:
Sign up for a Clickatell account and log in.
From the Launchpad, in the ‘Touch‘ section, click the ‘Set up Touch‘ button. Follow the wizard to add business details, brand details, and Web Chat details.
Next, configure the Web Chat channel and embed the Web Chat widget into your website by following Step 3 as outlined here. This requires you or your developer to copy and paste some code into your website HTML file.
Once successfully configured, you can edit and customize your Touch Web Chat integration on the Touch Integrations page (navigate to Touch --> Configure Touch).
Log in to the Unified Chat Desk to chat with your website visitors.
