View and reply to Twitter mentions and direct messages within the Unified Chat Desk by linking your Twitter profile as a channel in Touch integrations. The easy setup wizard will prompt you to log in to the Twitter business profile you want to link to Touch. Add your Twitter handle. You will only be able to link one Twitter profile to your account at a time.
Twitter Direct Messages will also be activated as part of the same integration. It will show up as a separate channel on your Touch integrations page and you can activate or deactivate Direct Messages separately. Once you complete the wizard implementation, your Twitter channel should be active. You can enable or disable Twitter Mentions or Twitter Direct Messages on the Touch integrations page.
