In order to view and reply to Facebook walls posts and messages received via Facebook Messenger from the Touch agent chat desk, link your Facebook Page as a channel in Touch integrations. The easy setup wizard will prompt you to log in with your Facebook credentials. It's important to log in with a Facebook profile with admin access to the Page you want to link to Touch. All Pages linked to your profile will populate in a drop down and you can choose the Page you want to connect. You can only link one Facebook Page to Touch at a time.
Facebook Messenger will also be activated as part of the same integration. It will show up as a separate channel on your Touch integrations page and you can de-activate or activate Facebook Messenger separately. Once you complete the wizard implementation, your Facebook channel should be active. You can enable or disable Facebook posts and Facebook Messenger on the Touch integrations page.
