Online Content Strategist (Senior Copywriter)

The Clickatell Marketing department is looking for a content strategist that will be responsible for working with but not limited to the various online marketing team members, responding to briefs and generating original, clear, persuasive, copy ideas that grab the attention of the target audience.

Tier 1 Client Consultant

The purpose of this role is to provide technical support and product advice to all Clickatell’s customers in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment. To provide superior customer service in all areas, which includes the company’s customer service needs and in all support channels. Attend to and log all telephonic, email, add chat queries on the CRM system. Enforce Clickatell’s rules, policies and terms of use insofar as client transactions and behaviour is concerned. Assist customers with queries relating to payments, support and the like. General client relations and administrative tasks.

Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you are responsible for requirements gathering, analysis and solution definitions of business and technical solutions. You are responsible for assisting business (product management and management) with the generation of business cases. Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. Produce business reports for customers and management through either creating new or enhancing current reports.
