Dictim.com needed to stay in touch with both its customers and proof readers at all times to keep them updated as to when work was available and complete.

The most suitable method for achieving this was naturally through the use of text messaging, which allows immediate alerts at any time of day wherever one might be.

The Solution

Dictim.com opted to use Clickatell's HTTP API connection. Using SMS messages driven from its website, Dictim can inform its proofreaders when they have new proofing work waiting. They also use the SMS API to inform customers when their finished document is ready for collection.
