The Brief
Technology Concepts were looking to improve upon the delivery and service they were receiving from their previous SMS gateway partner. According to Adriaan Erasmus, a software engineer at the company, "The previous gateway we used couldn't deliver the level of service our clients required. We eventually had to use two gateways in order to provide full coverage, yet we still experienced endless problems." |

The Solution
The company decided to make use of Clickatell's SMS gateway instead. By implementing Clickatell's SMTP API product, Technology Concepts integrated the API into their client's web applications and were sending SMS messages in a short period of time. Subsequent to the implementation, there was improvement in delivery within the first week, with Clickatell offering a faster service, better performance, and more extensive reporting. Erasmus says: "I am very happy with the Clickatell service, and will never attempt using another SMS gateway." |
