The Situation
With over 700 calls every day for balance, production and delivery inquiries, Banta needed an effective way of informing customers
on the progress of their furniture as well as ensuring on time delivery by being informed when furniture was complete and at which workshop it could be located.
The Solution
Banta made use of Clickatell's Com Object API which enabled them to build their own system in VB to work with their database and ensure global coverage and quick delivery.
