| Clickatell ICM (Interactive Campaign Manager) is a web-based application
that is targeted towards clients who have a need to manage their Two-Way
standard & premium rate SMS campaigns, based around shortcodes and keywords. This
makes it the perfect tool for competitions, marketing campaigns and sending
ringtones based on keywords.

- Sign up for a Clickatell API account.
- Apply for a dedicated two-way number (standard or premium rate).

What Clickatell ICM will do for you:
- ICM can be used to set up a once-off marketing campaign or to create a new service and changes can be made at any time.
- Both keyword and sub-keyword management is supported. E.g. the keyword SPORT can include sub-keywords FOOTBALL, TENNIS, etc.
- Each keyword or sub-keyword can have a reply text associated with it, and can be obtained from an external web source via a URL.
- You can send bulk campaigns to subscriber lists, making it a great solution for outbound marketing or to initiate campaigns or services.
- Your existing contacts can easily be imported into Clickatell ICM or add users when they respond to a campaign.
- Opt-in and Opt-out features are included.
- Clickatell ICM provides sub-user management on each account, which allows for multiple user access and rights management.
- A reporting wizard with customized online reporting is included, which can be downloaded in CSV (comma separated value) format.

What does it cost?
Clickatell charges the following for the use of our ICM product:
- Clickatell ICM has a fixed monthly charge of 100 Euros.
- Clickatell ICM has a once-off set up fee of 100 Euros.
Clickatell ICM allows you to manage as many Shortcodes and campaigns as you wish, at no extra cost. All number
configuration costs however are a separate charge including two-way & shortcode number costs.

Sign up for Clickatell ICM:
- Sign up for a Clickatell Account (HTTP API is the default).
- Within your account, give your API product a name, and "Submit".
- Within your account under "Application Forms" click on "Clickatell ICM".
- Fill in your details, and select the numbers you wish to manage with ICM and press "Apply Now". If you already
have numbers setup with Clickatell, the numbers will automatically appear on the ICM form. If you do not yet have any
two-way or premium rate numbers setup, you can also apply for these within your account.
- Make a payment to Clickatell. ICM Pricing = 100 Euro setup fee, and 100 Euro per month rental.
