The Situation
To give high level support to their customers, Qwise needed a comprehensive tool to monitor all the server systems of their customers. The tool needed to have advanced functionality including monitoring performance, stability, uptime, load, etc., in order to ensure efficiency and availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Solution
Qwise chose Clickatell's SMTP API (E-mail to SMS) to deliver SMS notifications to its system engineers informing them when a system's status has changed. By utilizing the messaging technology the engineers were not forced to be at their desk or laptop during the day, and they will still be able to be updated when a system needed attention.
