Experience and education:
- Call centre practices
- Knowledge of the technical aspect of operating systems and Internet
- Sales experience
- Basic programming skills
- IT diploma an advantage
- Troubleshooting skills
- Analytical thinking
- Questioning skills
- Good verbal expression
- Basic selling skills
- Typing skills
- Understanding of all Clickatell API products e.g. HTTP, FTP, SMTP protocols
- Willingness to learn about mobile industry
