Product Manager: USSD South Africa

Purpose:

• The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the product strategy of the company is met through defining the market requirements, implementing the USSD strategy and packaging of all new USSD features and services into product releases, and be responsible for the ongoing management of USSD product suite.
• This individual will be driven by business metrics and will have a proven ability at managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Online Community Manager - South Africa

Purpose:

This position introduces and drives social media and other low-touch communication strategies and tactics to enable Clickatell to build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key customer segments in target markets.
